SHIPPING:

With the exception of presales/preordered items and Print on Demand (POD) items, all in-stock stationery products ship from southeastern Pennsylvania in 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been fulfilled and is en route to you.

Print on Demand items (attire, mugs, etc. as noted in product listing) are typically delivered in 1-2 weeks; specific estimated timelines are noted in each individual product listing.

Currently, we only ship to US and Canadian addresses.

If an item you ordered and received a shipping notification for was not delivered as scheduled, please contact us within 15 days of the originally scheduled delivery date.

We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, so please double-check all info!

RETURNS:

If you receive a damaged or defective item – that stinks, let’s fix it! Please contact us immediately within 15 days of receiving a damaged item. If we don’t hear from you within 15 days, unfortunately, we’ll be unable to replace it. Please do not send back damaged items before contacting us. You will be provided with return information via email.

Please note that we only accept requests for Exchanges or Returns on damaged or defective merchandise. We do not accept exchange requests for size discrepancies, buyers’ remorse, or disappointment in a product’s specifications that were detailed in the product description (dimensions, weight, material, etc.)
